US Army Garrison Detroit Arsenal offers an excellent Homes Off Post (HOP) program.  We provide care for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age in a caring home environment with a small group size.  Providers offer multiple types of care to include full day, part day, and hourly care.

 

HOP homes are located in the surrounding area of the Detroit Arsenal and Selfridge Air National Guard Base.  All providers participate in a subsidy program.  The subsidy allows providers to follow the same fee scale used in other Child and Youth Service programs.  Patron fees are assigned using a sliding scale based on total family income.
